ytsirk27 - I understand irrational fear myself so I feel for you. My phobia is flying. Different thing that we fear, but same horrible feeling.
Perhaps this should have been a consideration when you got a new puppy? If you were so afraid of neutering one, perhaps it would have been wiser to have same-sex dogs? This may be something that you need to think seriously about before beginning a rescue program, too. You are going to have to have those dogs neutered. Are you going to be able to handle it emotionally?
I'm glad to read that you are going to have him neutered. Belly bands are not effective in preventing pregnancy!
