Do you clean your Yorkies' ears, and if you do, how often do you do it? The breeders told us to do it every time we give her a bath. |
Punkin had pretty much the same thing - except the vet said one of her ears was really bad. We have Surolan drops too. Last Friday she spent the day at the Vets so they could clean her ears. It was very yeasty and turns out the smell I thought was her needing a bath was her ears. Yucky!
We now have to clean her ears daily and do the drops. The vet said there wasn't mites, but suspects water or other irritant caused it.
Punkin hates the drops but will still still forever while I clean them. As soon as I get the surolan bottle near her she freaks. That part takes two of us.
