now even if I would have had Kloey covered it would not have mattered, she was gone before I even had a chance to rush her to the hospital, it sickens me even thinking about it cause I swear that woman had to have been going 60 mph, my daughter said she screeched her tires, we live on an emergency road and the speed limit is 30, if she would have been going that speed she should have been able to see Kloey.
