I think its a very personal choice
I like the girls because you dont have to worry about the marking.Both of my girls are super affectionate and clingy so I dont beleive in the saying that the boys are more affectionate at all..it all depends of their personalities
To me dealing with a female in heat once or twice ayear is alot easier than dealing with a male that marks all over the house all his life lol.
