I have a serious bow addiction too. I have only ordered from Connie at Law Dog Bows. I LOVE her bows. Phoebe is 13 1/2wks now so her hair is coming in nicely so a 5/8 bow is not looking so big on her anymore. But a 3/8 size bow is excellent for a puppy. It's like a mini bow. Connie sells them both! I have only ordered the ones with rubber bands on them.
