I was just wondering if anyone here has ever done a Cleansing Fast of any kind....
I am Currently on Day nine of a Master Cleanser...
Lemon or lime, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and water drink, and nothing else... for min of 10 days as long as 40... you also do Salt Water Flushes and During Tons of fresh water... But no food aside form the Lemonade...
Am I crazy?? 9 days without food... Or have some of you done some "Radical" stuff too?? My family thinks I'm a "bit extreme"... why can't I just take fiber like everyone else?? lol They are all so freaked out!!! I have an aunt who actually thinks that at 10 days without food you'll die!!! lol So I may not be back tomorrow!!!!
