I feed Royal Canin-there is a new one for puppies to 4 or 5 months. Wet the kibble with warm water to bring out the smell or mix with the gravy, cheese or shredded chicken for a while. Then gradually reduce to dry only as he gets older. There is nothing wrong with a mixed diet--as long as he eats some dry kibble when older,his teeth will benefit.
My fussy puppy ate Royal Canin when she wouldn't eat much else! Now she also likes a bit of Nutro choice too.
