I am sorry your first post was so controversial. I think everyone has had an experience like this at least once. This really is the best site because it has so many active and knowledgeable members who adore their Yorkies. If your pup is sick, this is where you want to come. You might have not heard what you wanted to hear, but remember you only heard from a handful - there are like 9,000 members!
I hate to bring this up again because it is still a rather sore spot, but I know I said that my male doesn't mark in the house because (after he was potty trained and over a year) I would spank him if he did (I only had to spank him twice). It was just a pat on the butt, but from the responses I received you would have thought I beat my dog. I definitely do not condone spanking while potty training. People that really know me would laugh because everyone knows how much I baby my dogs. I thought about leaving - who needs this - but, then I think I really do have a lot of knowledge to share and am helping other Yorkie owners and also learning a lot I didn't know. |
