I just got finished reading this entire thread and agree with your entire post.
I don't like her, never really have. I don't think she's very pretty and have always wondered why others find her so gorgeous (I think she has really pretty eyes and that's about it). I don't like how she got together with Brad Pitt and I don't like the position that left Jennifer Anniston in. I'm prob worse than most of you because I still can't bring myself to watch Mr. and Mrs. Smith because I know they got together during the movie.
As far as adoption people have different reasons as to why they choose that path some because that is the only way they are able to have kids some because they feel a calling of some sort to do so. Then you have international adoption vs. domestic and with that decision comes just two times more reasons. Adoption is a personal decision and the remarks made here can and possible have offended some people. And as far as the remark about having her own child made her feel guilty, there are several people who only choose to adopt because they want kids and feel why not give one a home who already needs one, I'm not saying this is for everyone but it is for some. I've also heard her say that she would love to have more biological children too. I think she wants to and will prob continue to do both, I have much respect to her for that too. And who's to say "our" children are more important than those in other countries? I'm not saying others are more important than "ours" either, there is so much that goes into the decision to adopt and the decision of where to adopt from.
As far as her work, I think we all, I know I do sometimes as well, see someone who is doing good and knock it. Maybe we feel guilty for not doing more or maybe since we don't do that much we can't imagine someone else doing that much good.
Also just because you start a post saying that you are joking doesn’t mean that whenever you say whatever in it you won’t offend people. I can’t start a post with I’m just kidding but all southerners are smelly can’t read and don’t know how to talk, it just doesn’t cut it nor should it. For the record I didn't take this thread personal, I'm not upset or mad or whatnot....
