I know y'all are sick of weight and growth questions, but I am getting kinda worried. So, when we got Mia at 9 weeks she was 3.3 lbs. When she was weighed at 12 weeks, she was 3 and 3/4 lbs. Now she is 14 weeks and she doesn't seem to be growing much at all. I tried weighing her. I got on the scale, then I got on the scale with her, then subtracted one from the other. It says she is exactly 3 lbs. So, my question is, does this sound normal? Shouldn't she weigh more by now? She sure doesn't seem any bigger. Her hair is growing, and she seems slightly longer, but not any bigger. Do Yorkies go through growth spurts and then stop a while? Or, are they supposed to grow consistently?
I just want to make sure that I am not doing something wrong, and that Mia is normal and fine. Maybe I am just worrying for no reason. I just want her to be a very healthy pup. I'd appreciate any input.
