Not knowing about YorkieTalk then, and never having purchased a dog from a breeder, I was very green and never considered that it was an issue. I do know that both parasites and worms are found in most puppies and that it why they are always treated frequently before they go to new homes. With the bordetella, I guess I just assumed that it not unheard of for the vaccine (intranasal or through injection) to cause the disease, especially with the bordetella.
Of course, now that I know about YT and spend LOTS of time here daily, I know much more and would have questioned everything!!! So, now I know for when I get my next baby.
