 ? about a contract clause
Just read over a breeders contract and saw this clause
"We have recently experienced the following common medical problems which is seemingly to appear once the puppy leaves the kennel- Kennel Cough and Giardia (both of these conditions can be triggered by the stress of moving to a new home, traveling, etc.). When you recieve your puppy, if you notice him coughing as though he has something stuck in his throat, or blood in a mucusy stool, please call me for more information and Instructions. This is a common occurance with toy pups and we are not liable for the costs realting to these conditions"
So what do you think? Is this a common clause in the contracts? Need advise!! Thanks
