I sympathize with you. My dogs will go outside when it's hot, but sure don't want to stay out very long.

They may not like water - but keep them damp when they are outside. Dogs suffer heatstroke just like people do. I know out at the lake whether my dogs like it or not, they just have to get in and go swimming once in a while to stay cool.

I wouldn't worry abut their eating during this heat. No one eats much when it's hot (try something cool for them - like ice cream).

It should cool down before long.
