Well Toto didn't lose his canines. His adult ones were growing next to the baby ones. He was 6 months when he got neutered and he got his 2 baby canines pulled out. I heard that's its very common in yorkies to not lose their baby canines, that those are the ones that are most likely to be tooken out by a vet.
