That is not always the case....Kai does not want ANYTHING to do with Daddy 99% of the time..and EVERYTHING to do with mommy , I cannot EVER get away from her!!! (and when I do of course I miss her!!!) My parents have a male who is more attached to my dad then my mom. I think it depends on who they choose as their human , and who spents the most time with them

I choose a female B/C both of my sets of parents have males who are fixed and MARK EVERYWHERE!!
