It's probly not what you want to do, but I would pull the poop apart and see what it is. The two kinds of worms I have seen are the ones that look like rice like chchi said and then I've seen long skinny ones. (when I say long I mean like 4 or 5 inches long) If you don't want to do it your self then put it in a bad and take it to the vet for them to run a test on it. Better safe than sorry....
