One thing I found is great - once he or she is past the pad-ripping-up phase - I put the pad in the bottom of the tray of the WizDog and no more "missing" the pad (he has a tendency to pee on the very edges of any pad or the Wizdog)

that's such a great idea. poopy keeps peeing at the edge and it ends up outside the wizdog at times. he's still chewing so i'll wait to do what you did. although it gets a bit frustrating when he pees on the edge, i can't help but think it is so cute when he goes poo and his bottom is hanging off the edge and misses...he really does mean to go on it though...he just has bad aim i guess. haha
