I'm sorry you are having such a hard time getting her papers - that sucks!!
Perhaps let the breeder know that you contacted the AKC and they do not show her as registered and ask for a partial refund as your contract states AKC registered and papered and almost a year later you have nothing. She may tell you to take a flying leap, or she may actually refund. I say you have nothing to lose - your baby is beautiful and precious to you anyway!!
