I think some of you are being way to hard on her. I babysit for a 2yr old and sometimes things happen while you are looking at them. I have been telling him no no no no and moving towards him and him do it anyway. It doesn't take long to rip wallpaper either. I am sure she was just frustrated at the time but calmed down.
Sorry this happened to you but as you know sometimes they are so fast and there is just nothing you can do but deal. Trust me I know I have been there.
