"WOW", everyone really has their own opinion on YT. I have two kids and it only takes seconds for a child to do something, just like for a yorkie to. You can go to the bathroom come out an they put flour all over the kitchen. So, I don't think it was an issue of her watching her closly enough. The only thing I'm concerned about is how upset she got, but then that is understandable. If my child did something like that I would be mad too, but no enough to feel like beating them .
