Actually....all registration can be easily done online by the breeder. No paper needed. As litter owner she can now go into the registered litter page online and add your name, address, email-addy etc as the new puppy owner, note the limited/full and AKC will send the info directly to your e-mail and you can then register your pup immediately online.
I personally do not release registration until I recieve certification of spay/neuter at 6 months...
