I saw the COOLest collar advertised in the Hollywood Dog magazine. It has built in 2 way radio, GPRS Tracking system, Auto-LED light for night time and Call back system for lost dogs. Its called the Hear Now collar and this is their website: http://www.thehearnow.com/
