She is just gorgeous! It would break my heart to cut her hair but I'm sure it is ALOT of work. Spike has a very similar coat and a groomer used a Coat King on him and it made a huge difference. Now his coat lays a lot smoother and he feels silkier and mats a lot less. You can see them here:

Here are some pics of Gracie my long dog. These are from her nightmare grooming trip last summer. I asked for a 2 to 3 inch puppy cut and got a shave down.
It's finally growing back but it got me over the desire to have any of my dogs' hair cut again.
