After she eats, take her outside until she does her business, then reward her. Maybe even try putting the potty pads outside? I've always trained my dogs outside, and I heard once their trained one way it's hard to break them of that.
Rocky's trained outside, but one day we put a potty pad out and he went on it. He won't poop on them, but he will pee on them and outside.
