Its like this, Im not pointing fingers im just stating a fact, If u know u cant take care of a child or an animal, you shouldnt have one to begin with. But this is 2006 and people don't think about these things. People give children up for adoption for various reasons just like animals ALL THE TIME, It's just how the world works nowa days. I think when she is ready she will make a good decision whatever that maybe for the dog, and for her family. We are not here to Judge, we are here to help and to give advice.
