I was not very happy about it either. I did call and talk to the Vet though, and he said that surgeries and procedures for the day are done each day between 12 and 3 p.m. So all animals having procedures done for the day must be dropped off prior to 12 noon. I guess they don't see other patients during that time, they only do procedures and operations. When I dropped the pups off, I asked and they said there were 4 cats and 2 dogs there having other procedures done. That is why they wouldn't let me bring Princess in there. It is not like I am making an appt and having the procedure done while I wait. I didn't even see the Dr. That day, just dropped off the pups and spoke to the nurse. He said he wanted to keep them untl 3 to make sure there was no bleeding and that they handled the procedure ok. The nurse told me they had a heating pad the entire time they were there.

Does this all seem odd? They said they do it that way all the time, and never had any problems.
