My Emilee had mastitis in one teat one week after whelping and she had a high fever. The Vet put her on antibiotics and I could tell a difference the next day and within 3 days everything was back to normal. That was back in February. I did hear that if they develop mastitis it is likely to happen again, is this true? Best wishes to your girl.
