wow I dont think you overreacted at all ! i am the same way. Lucio has been to the groomer 1 time and they butchered him!!!i jsut wanted a touch up of his butt feet and told them to trim just trim the hair by his eyes just to neaten him up and get him used to the grooming thing. the lady seemed great and i only had to leave him 45 min. well whn i went to get him i almost cried she shaved is whole face to the skin!!! and trimmed the hair above his eyes i was sooo mad he looked terrible and his hair grows really slow! so it was horrendous ! i havent brought him back to a groomer except for nail cutting i trim his hair by his eyes and areound his paws and his butt. eventually i'll either have to brave a groomer or get really brave with the razor
its ashame when you take the time to explain and they do whatever they want anyway! Poor Baby!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrr makes me mad.
