I know what you mean! My mother-in-law met one nippy, mean Chi when she was a teenager. Since then, she doesn't like Chi's. But come on ... it was only one dog!! It's not fair to single out an entire breed because of one incident with one dog!! I told her I was getting China and she was excited for me but not as excited when I got Codie, Tia and Katie (rest in peace my beloved baby). Well ya know what ... that just means more puppy kisses for MEEEEEEEE! I know that I'll have to fight Jim over that because he's become such a MUSH with our babies ... he's always smooching Tia and Codie!

I generally am not a Chi lover nor actually a dog lover and still am . . .only YORKIES for me as I don't see them as "dogs" . . . but Tiger has a wonderful chi classmate and his mommy and I are starting to get to know each other more, as with our babies. We go for walks sometimes and Chachi is the most adorable chihuahua . . . he's not a yapper and very timid . . . so he's okay . . . I am hoping that his mommy will be able to care for my babies when I go on a 2 weeks vacation out of the country in the fall!
