Sorry to hear about Nemo's bad hair cut, but I am glad he is fine. I would call Monday and ask for the mananger and tell them how unpleased you are. It is hard to find a good groomer. I bath mine at home and stay with them when they are at the groomers. Maddie and Rudy both have the full coat. I am lucky I found a good one that use the have her own bussiness, but now works at Petco. I only let her trim them up. I walk one around the store while she grooms the other and I can see her with them. I know alot of people don't like the big pet stores grooming because of alot of harrow stories, but I think it depends on the store and the groomers. There a few at the store I take mine to that I wouldn't let them groom my two. Good luck on finding a groomer, maybe if you bath him at home and just let them trim him you can stay there and watch them since he is a puppy..........Cindy |
