Where we used to live, we had a problem with people dumping unwanted dogs on our road (this could be a whole new thread). It was so sad, most ended up being hit by cars. At times though a few would form a pack, and generally our neighbor would shoot them. It is horrible that people will get a pet and then just toss them out of car, never to be thought of again. This brings back some sad memories of living out there. How can people be so cruel, I've never understood?
