It didn't happen overnight and I am sure some of his smells were not pleasant. Your Parker is an infant and will take some time.

You have received some great suggestions here on this thread. Hopefully you will try them. Since you took him to an emergency vet and they said everything was fine, I would take him to his regular vet. He might be able offer some suggestions that the emergency one did not.

Our furkids have a keen sense of our moods. They know when we are sick and try and comfort us, they know when we are upset and come give us a kiss. Maybe your Parker can sense the animosity your husband feels towards him and being a puppy, going potty is the only way he can express it.
I GIVE UP!!! As I said earlier we thought everything was ok until we got the black light....My hubby loves Parker, Parker was his little buddy.....He didnt act mean to Parker after finding all the pee places, He treated him no different...... We are not bad irresponsible people!!!!!! We love your pets. I have called my vet, he check with anderson vet and said they ran all the test that he would run and nothing was wrong.. He raised yorkies and said I'm sorry, you have been doing everything you can and sometime male yorkie are very hard and some times impossible. That is coming straight from the vet... I didnt mean to make this a BASH me thread... I'M REALLY SORRY I POSTED AND NEVER WILL AGAIN.
