I totally agree that they need to be inside when its hot and I said that. It was only an idea ive heard that works. Just trying to tell yu what I WOULD do before I got rid of mine if I had to. But actually if I had one that did that all the time like you seem to say he is, I would actually be just as ready to rehome him as my hubby. I couldnt handle that everyday for too long if I wasnt seeing at least some results. And I love Kizzy but not enough to let her pee on me. So for what its worth which I see nothing, it was just a thing i've heard about working. so goodluck with him whatever you decide to do.
