I don't know anything about a first heat since Sissy has been spayed. But this doesn't sound normal to me. I've been told that blood in stools should be treated seriously. I would at least take a stool sample in right away. It could be a parasite of some kind. Has you baby eaten anything out of the ordinary, or is she acting like she is sick??? These are all questions the vet will most likely ask as well.
