The way a bitch acts with others pups has absolutely no bearing how she will react to her pups...Charlotte, Kate's mom hated puppies near her, but became a wonderful mother herself. Same with my Ivy..what a bitch she was when a pup would pull on her hair..but when she had her first litter, she turned into "Mother of the Year"..and both her and Char adored all pups after that time...

Sometimes people expect all their dogs to live like one big happy family..well, dogs have their own rules and I never put a strange bitch with pups of another..or even allow her in the same room unless they are penned. Slowly, allow her to adjust...and I must of misunderstood...who mentioned putting her down...what jackXXX suggested that? SORRY...but that is insane!
I would never destroy a dog for biting/attacking another dog in a kennel situation..we do not udnerstand the rules in the dog world...if a dog is dangerous to humans, that is another story, but dogs fight for perfectly normal "dog" reasons...they just need to be kept away from the offenders.

Charlotte and Ruby are two of the most wonderful Yorkie girls in this world..but never let them see one another...they hate to the bone..but love everyone and everything else in the world..so they live in different places.
