Excellent point. It is sad that greed of money has taken over the beauty and health of the breed. I assume this poor little stud and female will be delivering and caring for their pups in the "doghouse". Sorry I may not know you but you are certainly displaying many red flags as a breeder in my mind starting with the "doghouse".
