Any knowledgeable breeder who reads has to know a pure white dog in thsoe breeds are usually deaf..it is common knowledge.
Unfortunately many are put down and the proper colors are kept. I know a Boxer breeder in MD who said it was very undesirable to get them in litters, so she never repeated certain breeding pairs.

I saw a deaf Dalmation on Animal Planet..it was a resuce and they had tons of problems training her. I hate to say to avoid a handicaped dog like this, but it takes a special owner to train them and do what is best for them..and they should be FREE!!!!! ot a nomimal fee. Just my poinion.
