My vet told me to massage the ears & in between the ears. He said it helps the muscle. My sister has the brother of my yorkie (Harley Isabelle) & his ears don't stand up. (she didn't do anything to help them) Harley's ears both stand up 100%. I believe that massaging them helped! Good Luck!!
