I too have a cotton coat, but I think its more cotton then most. Roxie is 1 1/2 year and she still hates being groomed. Because of her coat, I have to comb her everyday. You would think by now she would be use to it. I have an appointment on July 1st for a as low as you can go summer cut. I have been getting her cut every 2 months because for some strange reason her hair grows pretty fast. Once it starts getting around 3-4 inches long- I have to cut it. Its easier on her and I hate that she hates it so I feel I have no choice. She matts so easy.
