Webhost that are free have NO features whatsoever. Like the "cart feature" so people can purchase items, this can be a very expensive feature when you want to purchase it on its on. Or website templates, search engine features, website statistics (track info),etc...
PLus alot of webhost that are free really come with some sort of price or requirements, for instance they may require you to have an ad for their services on your webpage, they also tend to have lots of pop ups, limitations to photos, etc . If you are just having a page for fun this is all fine.
