I was wondering the same thing and I looked at the chart, but it didn't help me because my furbaby was too big for it, it only helps if your pup is going to weigh 6lbs or less (As far as I can tell) - and I gather yours will weigh more then that too.
Also, I know it is only approximate and I believe the other approximate ways people have said to try, is to tripling the weight at 8 weeks and/or double it at 12 weeks. I have heard that you never can tell for sure but that is a good way to guess.
