Jewel so all of the babies names are Emerald, Diamond, Ruby, and Sapphire. I got Diamond

It was pure luck, I get SO many compliments on her when I take her outside.
In July, she will be 6 months and the vet recommended that I get her spayed by 6 months. She warned me that she could go into heat if I waited longer...is that true? She is so small though for surgery! The breeder also left a duclaw on her back leg so I was going to have that removed since it's not safe and can get caught on things. The breeder said she didn't even see it because of all the hair back there!
