Thanks so much guys for the VERY helpful advice!

I will go get a harness and look into microchipping when I go to the vet.

The name Won Ton came from my daughter! Yup, so I can't take all the credit. She loves won ton soup at the local chinese restraunt and so that was it. Additionally, we lived in Asia for a very long time and so I thought it was very appropriate!
