Well, the vet checked her yesterday for a respiratory infection and said that she didn't have one. That is very interesting that the white foam could be a reaction to worming medicine. She just got dewormed for the first time on Saturday and they did it again at the vet yesterday just as a precaution. That might be what's causing the foam.

She is playing and eating like normal today. Her cough seems to be better than last night. Hopefully it won't turn into anything serious.
