But in everything I have read, the standard is a flat top line. I just went to the AKC site, and here is what they have under the Body standard.

Body Well proportioned and very compact. The back is rather short, the back line level, with height at shoulder the same as at the rump.

IMO I would not chance breeding a roach back if I cared about bettering the breed. Sorry, honey.
