My yorkie male (Gator) 5mths and my Griffon male (Booger) 4mths are currently staying in seperate fold down crates during the day. I go home at lunch to let them out and they do good at holding it till noon, then I get home at 5 and most times they go on their towels. I was putting puppy pads in the crates and they would just chew them up, so I put towels in their and they use them at times to potty, plus they play in their water. Whew, question is, does anyone put their pups in dog carrier crates during the day, with just enough room to turn around and stretch out, or is this no good? They sleep in carriers at nite and never use the bathroom in them, but then they are asleep. What do you think?
