First of all welcome. When I breed Mollie last year she was breed to a male with erect ears, hers will go about 1/2 - 3/4 of the way up when they are shaved. I kept one of her pups Wyatt and the only thing I did was shave them for about 4 months and now they stand on their own. He is now 10 1/2 months old.
It may just be a hit or miss thing.
