Default studs

In all the years I groomed Yorks, I never had to shave a silk coat to demat it. I may have had to snip out a few knots and use a lot conditioner and elbow grease, but the knots in a silk coat come out failry easily. Now, the mats in a cotton coat have to be shaved out..so check to make sure he what you think he is...and owning two studs is a pain in the butt...big time pain..even when they get along like my males did, they peed on each other all the time..I bathed the males 3 times as often as the girls...and their bedding was changed almost daily..oh, I forgot, they peed in their water bowls also..and on the toys..infact they peed on my shoes if I stood still too long in their play area...
