I'm not an expert, but I think one reason why Georgie is sniffing other's privates is because of territorial and dominance instincts. Those characteristics are due to his hormones (testosterone). Most of his hormones are produced in his testicles so getting him neutered can alleviate alot of unwanted behavior ie; marking his territory, humping, etc. I'm not sure if neutering is associated with sniffing privates but TeeJay completely stopped that behavior after being neutered. The best thing I would suggest is to talk to your vet. He/she would be more informative than I ever could be on this subject. Hope this helps.
