I will PM you the notes I took while listening to the CD. Basically it is drink a glass of water as soon as you get up in the morning. Eat a big healthy breakfast - it gets your metabolism going. Drink lots of water all day long to flush the toxins out of your system. Avoid unnatural additives in food - eat as much organic as you can. Eat a big salad with lunch & dinner. Eat apples and grapefruit throughout the day. Don't eat your evening meal after 6:30 if you can help it and no snacks whatsoever after that evening meal. You also walk for 1 hour straight thru once a day without stopping outside if you can...fresh air does you good. And you need to do a Candida Yeast Cleanse, a Colon Cleanse and a Liver Cleanse.
